Linda’s home circumstances were very challenging and there appears to be some learning challenges as well.  Regrettably, she was actually demoted from first grade back to kindergarten 2. Unfortunately, in Liberia, there is no special education program for children like Linda.  One can only hope that given the right support from family and teachers; Linda will have a better school year.  She continues to live with her grandmother and dreams of being a businesswoman one day.  Sponsored by: Jessica Reed

We are sorry to announce that Linda did not complete the school 2019/2020 year. She was sick for 2 months and was unable to go to school, therefore she was unable to complete the school year and will be repeating kindergarten-2 this coming school year.  Jess Reed, thank you for your sponsorship and for giving your student a gift of education.
