Letricia: S868-KPA

2025

This year, we were unable to meet with this student during school registration, as they were either out of town, sick, or facing circumstances that prevented them from attending. Even so, their school fees were paid, and all of their school materials were given to the school staff to ensure they receive everything as soon as they return.

Because the student was not present on registration day, we were unable to take an updated photo for 2025. Thank you for your understanding and continued support—it truly makes a difference in their life.

Letricia was promoted to the fourth grade this year. She faced a difficult time when her mother was seriously ill after being bitten by a snake on their farm, and Letricia was worried she might lose her. Thankfully, her mother is feeling better now. Letricia has stepped up to help cook for the family so her mom can rest and recover. Her teachers say she is doing very well in school, and her favorite subject is social studies. Nine-year-old Letricia is in second grade and wants to be a caterer one day. She lives with her parents and five siblings.  Letricia’s father has been struggling with an undiagnosed illness for four years and her mother is trying to hold the family together through income from subsistence farming.  Letricia is thankful for the gift of a scholarship which allows her to continue her schooling. Sponsored by: Donations from General Funds
