Abagail: S771-KIA

2025
This year, we were unable to meet with Abagail during school registration, as they were either out of town, sick, or facing circumstances that prevented them from attending. Even so, their school fees were paid, and all of their school materials were given to the school staff to ensure they receive everything as soon as they return. Because the student was not present on registration day, we were unable to take an updated photo for 2025. Thank you for your understanding and continued support—it truly makes a difference in their life.

Abigail was promoted to the first grade and has an outstanding performance record, serving as the president of her class. With the support of Girl Power, she now attends school regularly and is thriving. Inspired by her late father and her mother’s illness, Abigail dreams of becoming a medical doctor to help sick people and make a positive impact on others’ lives. Sponsored by: Joyce Jorgensen

Abagail lives in Kialay, Liberia with her biological parents. She is a student of Kialay Public School in the pre-kindergarten class. She is 13 and one of four children (with two in school including herself). Abagail’s parents are farmers and have very little income to adequately support the family and undertake her school expenses. The scholarship awarded to Abigail is a blessing for the family. Her interest is to become a medical doctor and give a helping hand to her parents and the community. Sponsored by: Donations from General Funds
