JOSEPH: S1040-BAR

Joseph is eight years old and currently in Kindergarten 2. He lives with his father, as his mother is disabled and unable to work to support the family. Joseph’s father is a small farmer, but his earnings are not enough to meet the family’s needs or consistently send Joseph to school.
