September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Randy Tetzlaff, Joe has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. He was promoted to the 2nd grade this year and still wants to be a mechanic when he grows up. He continues to live with his uncle.

2019: Meet Joe, who has been generously sponsored by Madison Romano. He is 9 years old and is in the K2 this year. Joe lives in Sanniquellie, Liberia with his uncle. Shortly after Joe’s father passed away, his mother had taken Joe to his father’s brother’s home for the weekend. That was almost a year ago and she has not yet returned. He hopes to be a mechanic when he grows up.
