JAMES: S173-SAN
October 2025: James is now in 5th grade and continues to show steady academic growth, with English as his favorite subject. In 2022, he moved away and we were unable to locate him. After time apart, James has returned, and seeing him again—older, taller, and more confident—brought great joy to everyone. James shared that Girl Power Africa taught him the importance of education. Although he was no longer enrolled in GPA’s program after 2022, he remained determined to attend school. He missed one year due to financial challenges but worked every day so he could return. Welcoming James back this year has been especially meaningful and is a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of continued support and connection. Sponsored by: Phil Vasby
