Fineboy has been promoted to the third grade this year and continues to impress his teachers with his seriousness and dedication. His favorite subject is math, and he is very proud to be part of the Girl Power Africa program, expressing deep gratitude for the opportunity to attend school. After school, Fineboy spends about five hours helping his family with cooking, cleaning, and drawing water from the creek. At his age, he has a lot of catching up to do academically, but he is working hard to keep up and make the most of his education. Fineboy’s determination, gratitude, and hard work are truly inspiring, and he is committed to building a brighter future for himself and his family.

Fineboy is 13 years old and currently in the second grade. He lives with his mother, who has been left to care for him and his seven siblings after his father abandoned the family. With a monthly income of just $75, Fineboy’s mother works tirelessly to provide for her children, but the financial burden makes it extremely challenging to send them to school regularly.
