FAVOR: S674-KIA

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Sarah Mani, Favor has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She received an incomplete for the 2020/2021 school year. Due to COVID-19 outbreak, schools in Liberia had irregular school schedule. This combined with the lack of technology in the schools, some schools made the decision to keep students in their current grade level for the 2021/2022 school year. Favor was kept in her current grade level of 1st grade for the upcoming school year. She continues to live with her grandmother and still wants to be a doctor when she grows up.

**This year we celebrated Kialay students with sandwiches, popcorn, popsicles, balloons, and toys from our GPA Box Program (boxes full of clothes, toys, soccer equipment, etc that are shipped from our friends in the USA – a special thanks to Verona High School students in Wisconsin who organize and put this together).**

September 2020: Meet Favor, who has been generously sponsored by an Anonymous donor (Mohamad). She is 8 years old and is in the 1st grade this year. She lives in Kialay, Liberia with her grandmother. Her father has never been in her life and her mother was very sick, with malaria until her death. Her interests are helping to save lives and she hopes to be a medical doctor when she grows up.
