Esther was promoted to the fifth grade this year, and she continues to show strong dedication to her education despite her many responsibilities at home. Each morning, Esther goes to the market very early with her mother, helping to carry produce and set up the goods for sale. Once everything is arranged, she runs straight to school so she does not miss her classes. After school, Esther returns to the market to help her mother sell until the evening. When the day’s work is finished and they return home, Esther then settles down to complete her homework. Even with such long and demanding days, she remains a very serious and focused student who values her education. Esther’s mother is extremely grateful for the opportunity for Esther to attend school, as she would not be able to afford it without sponsorship. This support allows Esther to continue learning while still helping her family. Thank you for making it possible for a hardworking childlike Esther to stay in school and work toward a brighter future.. Sponsored by: Laura Groenier
