Emmanuel has been promoted to the fifth grade, a testament to his hard work and determination throughout the year. Recognizing the importance of academic excellence, he diligently sought extra assistance from his teachers, demonstrating a strong commitment to his studies.

Emmanuel’s positive demeanor and infectious humor have made him a beloved presence in the classroom, earning praise from his teacher for his joyful spirit and ability to uplift his peers. Despite facing challenges, he remains focused on his aspirations, continuing to reside with his mother and nurturing his dream of becoming a driver one day.

Emmanuel was promoted to fourth grade and has been re-enrolled into school for the 2022/2023 school year.  His favorite subject is P.E.  He continues to live with his mother and wants to be a driver when he grows up.

Meet Emmanuel, who has been generously sponsored by Adam and Sarah Peck. Emmanuel is 6 years old and is going to school for the first time this year. He lives in Duazon, Liberia. Emmanuel’s father moved out of their city and left him with his mother, who is a petty trader and has a very limited income. Emmanuel hopes to be a Taxi Driver or a Driver for someone famous when he grows up.
