Deborah was promoted to eighth grade and has been re-enrolled into school for the 2022/23 school year.  Deborah still lives with her mother and want to be a doctor one day. Sponsored by: Ione Ibeling

Thanks to the generous donation from Lori Kilstrom Higgins, Deborah has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year.

Deborah has been generously re-sponsored by Lori Kilstrom Higgins. She is 11 years old and in the 4th grade this year. Deborah lives in Duazon, Liberia with her mother. Deborah’s mother is a Girl Power recipient who recently graduated from high school with the assistance of Girl Power Africa and can not afford to send Deborah and her siblings to school. Her interests are reading and she hopes to be a doctor when she grows up.
