CHRISTIANA: S1074-GBE

Christiana is 13 years old and was promoted to the third grade this year. While this is an important academic milestone, this year has also brought deep personal loss. Christiana’s mother sadly passed away, and she is now living with her aunt as she adjusts to a new chapter in her life. Despite the grief and changes she has faced, Christiana continues to show quiet strength and determination. When asked who motivates her and what encourages her to keep going to school, she very sweetly replied, “my sponsor.” This support has become a source of hope and encouragement during a very difficult time. Christiana continues to hold onto her dream of becoming a nurse one day, inspired by her desire to care for others and make a difference in her community. She remains grateful for the opportunity to attend school and is committed to honoring her mother’s memory by continuing her education. With continued support, Christiana is working hard to move forward and build a brighter future.
