Blessing is 12 years old and in the 1st grade! English is her favorite subject, and she shared that she feels good about returning to school this year. She shared that GPA’s support with school fees helps her remain in school and stay focused. Blessing is 11 years old and currently in Kindergarten 2. She lives with her grandmother and eight other family members in a small three-room mud house. Her father, who used to support her, was in a motorcycle accident last year and broke his leg. After the accident, Blessing moved in with her grandmother, who doesn’t have a job and cannot afford to send her to school.
