ANGEL: S1114-SEC

Angel is an eight-year-old girl who is in Kindergarten 1 this year. She lives with both of her parents and her siblings in a loving home, even though life has become very difficult for the family. Two years ago, Angel’s father lost his job as a security officer at a funeral home, and despite his efforts, he has not been able to find steady work since then. His unemployment has placed a heavy burden on the family. Angel’s parents are raising five children, and with no reliable income, they are often forced to make painful choices. Most days, the priority has to be putting food on the table, leaving school fees out of reach. Although Angel’s parents deeply value education, they simply have not been able to afford to send their children to school regularly. Being enrolled in school this year is a tremendous blessing for Angel and her family. Angel is excited to be in the classroom, eager to learn, and grateful for the chance to begin her education alongside her peers. For her parents, this opportunity brings hope—hope that Angel will have a brighter future and the chance to build a life beyond the struggles they face today. Angel’s story is one shared by many families who want more for their children but lack the means to provide it. Thanks to sponsorship, Angel now has the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream. Her family is deeply thankful for this support, which is making a meaningful difference in her life and giving her a strong start in her educational journey. Sponsored by: Phil Vasby
