AMOS: S129-GBA

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Scott Heise, Amos has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. He was promoted to the 5th grade this year. Amos still wants to be a nurse when he grows up. He continues to live with his mother.  Unfortunatly, Amos’s father was bitten by a snake last week while he was working on his farm. He passed away 3 days later.

October 2019: Thanks to the generous donation from Patricia Shabaz, Amos has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year. 

June 2019: We are pleased to announce that Lori was promoted to 3rd grade for the 2018-2019 school year.  Amos, thank you for your sponsorship and giving your student a gift of education.

2018:  Amos has been generously sponsored by Lori Fischer Hall and family.  He is 10 years old and was promoted to the 2nd grade this year. Amos lives in Gbapa, Liberia with his mother. 

2017:  Meet Amos, who has been generously sponsored by Lori Fischer Hall and family.  He is 9 years old and in the 1st  grade this year. Amos lives in Gbapa, Liberia with his mother. His mother has many children and has been unable to afford to send Amos to school on a regular basis. His interests are going fishing and he hopes to be a nurse when he grows up.
