January 2024: Cultural norms dictate sixty-eight-year-old Yalama should no longer be working to provide for herself and her grandchildren.  Normally this is taken care of by extended family.  However, Yalama finds herself in a situation where she must depend upon making her own farm before she and her grandchildren can eat.  She requested (and was granted) a farming supplies package to expand her farming enterprise.
