January 2024: Roseline is a thirty-nine-year-old single mother of five children.  She makes a living by subsistence farming.  Roseline desires to diversify her farming activities by focusing on making a large cabbage garden.  This is something she has studied but did not have the capital to purchase the seeds, cabbage growth supplies, and barter/pay for more garden space.  Cabbage plants are challenging to grow but when done well, they sell at a high profit margin.  Roseline was happy to receive agricultural supplies assistance.
