Mary is now 10 years old and was promoted to the first grade this year. She continues to enjoy school and remains an eager and hardworking student. Her love for learning is still shining through in the classroom. This year, Mary shared that her favorite subject is English. She enjoys learning new words, improving her reading, and practicing how to express herself better. Mary is eight years old and in kindergarten-1.  She dreams of becoming a doctor one day and resides with her parents. Mary’s parents has four school age children and find it challenging to send all of them to school with a subsistence farming income.  They are thankful for this scholarship support which allows their youngest, Mary, to finally begin her educational journey.
