January 2024: 34 years old Marthaline shared she has struggled with subsistence farming for as long as she can remember.  As a child, she worked alongside her parents to make a farm.  She was unable to go to school because her family could not afford to send her.  Marthaline’s husband is a subsistence farmer and together, they try to provide for their three children.  A year ago, her husband fell sick and can no longer work.  Marthaline is determined to sustain school enrollment of her children and requested (and was granted) a farming supplies package to expand her farming enterprise.
