Louis was promoted to the third grade this year, receiving a double promotion. Unfortunately, she was out sick during the school distribution and was unable to attend. However, her school principal spoke highly of her, saying that she is an excellent student. Louis is hardworking and serves as a role model not only for her class but for the entire school. Her dedication to her studies and her positive attitude makes her an inspiring example to others. Louis lives with her parents and seven siblings.  She is ten years old and in kindergarten-2 class. Louis’ father said “I am a subsistence farmer.  No job.  Taking care of my children is what I am to do but it is heavy on me”.  Louis is happy and excited about the opportunity to go to school.  Thanks to GPA amazing partner network for standing alongside Louis’ family to lift some of the financial burden.
