January 2024: Sixty year old Kou is a widowed mother living in a household with her two adult children and several grandchildren.  Kou was unable to send her children to school with a subsistence farming income.  She is now working alongside her adult children to expand their farm to enable more income to ensure the continuous school enrollment of her grandchildren.  Kou requested (and was granted) a farming supplies package.
