January 2024: Thirty-nine-year-old Janet has provided for her four children by cooking and selling meals in the market; especially the local favorite- GB.  Janet’s husband divorced her several years ago and she was determined to land on her feet.  She is a hard worker and innovative thinker.  Janet desires to expand her cooking enterprise to increase her menu offerings to sell at affordable prices.  She was granted a business development grant.
