Happy is an eight-year-old girl in the first grade. After being abandoned by both of her parents, her grandmother lovingly stepped in to care for her. However, life has not been easy for Happy or her grandmother. With seven other grandchildren to care for, her grandmother struggles to provide for all the children, making it challenging for Happy to receive the consistent support she needs. Despite these hardships, Happy is full of hope and dreams of becoming a doctor one day. She is a kind and helpful child, always assisting her grandmother in any way she can. Happy’s determination to succeed and her vision for a brighter future reflect her resilient spirit and strong character. With the right opportunities, Happy has the potential to achieve great things.
