HANNAH: S1097-SAN

Hannah is 8 years old and was successfully promoted to Kindergarten-2 this year. She enjoys English and is performing well academically. Hannah feels good about being in school and shared that her goal is to become a class leader. She is motivated by her father, who encourages her education. Girl Power Africa’s support has helped provide essential school supplies, allowing Hannah to continue her learning with confidence. She hopes to become a pastor in the future and serve her community.

Hannah is 7 years old and in Kindergarten-1. She lives with her father and 10 other family members. She hopes to become a teacher one day. Her father took in many of his brother’s and sister’s children after his brother passed away. He works as a farmer, but his income is very limited and insufficient to support such a large family. Because of this, he has been unable to send all of the children to school on a regular basis. Despite the challenges, Hannah remains hopeful for her future and dreams of becoming a teacher.
