January 2024: Twenty-nine-year-old Cynthia is living with her aging mother to assist her with subsistence farming.  Cynthia shared she had to drop out of school to help her mother out because her mother could no longer sustain the energy required for successful subsistence farming.  Cynthia has realized she and her mother can join a farming group where farmers team up to work on each other’s farms.  She desires to cook and sell bread alongside their farming enterprise.  Cynthia requested (and was granted) a business development package.
