Beauty has been promoted to 2nd grade this year and is doing extremely well in school. Her teacher describes her as one of the leaders in the classroom, noting her confidence, responsibility, and positive influence on her peers. Beauty shared that she enjoys helping her classmates who are falling behind in their lessons and takes great pride in supporting others. Her willingness to lead and serve has made her a role model among her peers. Beauty is grateful for the opportunity to continue her education, and we are very proud of her academic progress and leadership.

Beauty has been promoted to the 1st grade and continues to have a deep love for reading. However, her time for reading is limited, as she is often busy helping with the chores and cleaning at home. After school, she also has to fetch water from the creek to bring home so her family can cook. Beauty lives in Boapea, Liberia with her parents and five siblings. She is seven years old and wants to go to school. As is the case with many rural families, income from subsistence farming was not adequate to provide much beyond the basics for living:  food and shelter. Adequate clothing is a luxury, and the gift of education is sometimes unattainable. Thanks to GPA amazing support network for making the seemingly unattainable attainable.
