January 2024: Blayee is a fifty-six-year-old widow living with her adult children and grandchildren.  Blayee and her children does subsistence farming and desires to build a family home.  They currently live in makeshift lodging as their current farming income cannot provide beyond food and shelter.  Blayee asked for assistance to expand her farming enterprise and was granted a farming supplies package.
