VICTORIA:E1024-FLO

November 2025:  Victoria is a 42-year-old divorced mother of three who has carried the full responsibility of caring for her children on her own. Her ex-husband is no longer in their lives and has moved away, leaving Victoria to provide for her family without support. When Victoria came to Girl Power Africa, she came with honesty and humility. She shared that she was open to anything—farming, baking, selling, or any form of work that would allow her to stand on her feet again. Her only request was for an opportunity. Victoria has experience in farming, and it is where her skills and strength lie. For that reason, Girl Power Africa empowered her with farming materials so she could return to work she knows and rebuild her livelihood with confidence. Victoria is extremely grateful for the support she has received. She shared that she plans to use the produce from her farming to generate income and begin sending her children back to school. Although Victoria herself never had the opportunity to attend school, her greatest dream is for her children to receive the education she was denied. At Girl Power Africa, we believe that when women are given the opportunity to use their skills, they can transform their lives and the lives of their children. Thank you to our sponsors and supporters for making it possible for women like Victoria to farm, provide, and build brighter futures for their families.
