NYANA: E418-GBA

JUNE 2022: 33-year-old Nyana lives in Gbapa, Nimba County.  Nyana is a
subsistence farmer caring for five children ranging in age from 3 to 18.  Nyana’s
mother passed away and she had to take in her younger siblings. Now, she has a
total of eleven persons living in her household and is buckling under the pressure
of providing for them. Nyana regrets not being able to support her siblings’
education that requires funds for school fees.  Her farming supplies Empowerment
Package will help to improve and expand her subsistence farming activities. 
Thanks to the generous donation from the Girl Power Africa General Funds, Nyana
will be selling her cassava and rice in the local market to help sustain her and her
family.
