NOWAH:E1076-BOA

November 2025: Nowah is a 49-year-old widow caring for three children and three grandchildren who live with her. She shared that she and her late husband had been cabbage farmers, working hard to provide for their family. After his passing, Nowah found it nearly impossible to continue farming alone—the work is simply too labor-intensive for one person. Nowah came to Girl Power Africa seeking help. Through the program, she was empowered with farming tools and connected with a supportive team of women who will farm together, share the labor, and sell their produce collectively. Although Nowah has never had the opportunity to attend school, her greatest dream is to give her children the education she never had. She is extremely grateful for the opportunity to rebuild her life, support her family, and work alongside other women. Nowah thanks Girl Power Africa and all the sponsors who make it possible to empower women like her and help them create a brighter future for their families.
