November 2025:  Felecia is a 49-year-old single mother of three whose life has been shaped by resilience and determination. She was engaged for many years, but her engagement ended about two years ago. Since then, farming on her own has been incredibly difficult, as managing a large farm requires more than one person. Felecia turned to Girl Power Africa for assistance. When asked about her motivation, she shared that her children are her driving force—she wants to provide them with an education she never had the opportunity to receive. Through the program, Felecia was empowered with farming materials and placed on a team of women. Together, they cultivate a larger farm, share the labor, sell their produce collectively, and divide the proceeds to support their families. Felecia is extremely grateful for this opportunity.
