ORETHA: S556-ZOL

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Denise Moest, Oretha has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 2nd grade this year and still wants to be a teacher when she grows up. She continues to live with her parents.

September 2020: Meet Oretha, who has been generously sponsored by Denise Moest.  She is 13 years old and is in the 1st grade this year.  She lives in Zolowee, Liberia with her mother and father.  Oretha’s father was in a car accident which left him with an amputated leg. He’s unable to do physical work to support his family of six.  Her interests are helping her father to walk and she hopes to be a teacher when she grows up.
