January 2024: Yah Baby is a thirty seven year old widow raising four children on a subsistence farming budget.  She rarely has enough income to fully provide meals and desires to diversify her income by making and selling rice bread.  Rice bread is a local favorite and fairly inexpensive to make.  Yah Baby was given an economic empowerment grant to purchase the baking materials and start up supplies to begin her rice bread market.
