January 2024: Thirty two year old Traphina has five children; three of which are of school age.  She and her husband provide for their family through subsistence farming.  Acquiring the bare basics (food, shelter, clothing) consumes all their modest profit.  Their funds can only extend as far as providing tuition for one child to attend school.
