Isaac lives with his uncle and six extended family members.  He is in second grade and ten years old.  Isaac’s father passed away and later his mother left the home. He was welcomed into his uncle’s household, but his uncle is struggling to provide for his own family. Suffice to say his uncle was very excited to go through the GPA application process.  Isaac wants to be a driver when he grows up and he is also fond of playing football (soccer).
