January 2024: Hellena is a nineteen year old single mother taking care of her baby through farming and selling charcoal.  Hellena was orphaned during her early teen years and did not have extended family support to maintain her enrollment in school.  She dropped out of school to live with a man who promised he would help her.  When she became pregnant, he deserted her.  Today, she is still determined to go back to school so her child would have a chance at a better life.  Hellena was granted a farming supplies package to help expand her farming enterprise.
