January 2024: Helena is a thirty seven year old subsistence farmer living with her husband and four children.  Her husband has been ill for three years and unable to assist with the farming activities.  Helena’s children are not in school because she cannot afford to pay tuition while barely able to feed the family.  Helena requested (and was granted) a farming supplies package to expand her farming enterprise.
