January 2024: Fifty year old Elizabeth is a widow trying to provide for her children through subsistence farming.  Elizabeth hopes to diversify her streams of income by selling dry goods alongside her farming enterprise.  Now that her children are older, they can help with the farming activities and free her up a little to purchase and sell consumable dry goods.  Elizabeth was given a business development grant to buy the goods to start up her market.
